🚚 Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 15–18 business days after receiving full payment.

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Once shipped, you will receive an email and/or SMS notification with your tracking details.
📦 Shipping Partners
We ship across India through trusted delivery partners such as Shiprocket, Delhivery, Blue Dart, DTDC, and India Post, depending on your location and product availability.

💰 Shipping Charges

Free Shipping on all prepaid orders above ₹499.

For orders below ₹499, a flat ₹100 shipping charge applies.

Cash-on-Delivery (COD), if available, may include a small handling fee.
🧾 Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a tracking link via email or WhatsApp.
You can also track your order directly using your order ID or AWB number on our shipping partner’s portal.
🚫 Non-Delivery / Wrong Address
Please ensure your shipping address, phone number, and pin code are correct at checkout.
If a parcel is returned due to incorrect address, phone number, or repeated failed delivery attempts, the customer will be responsible for reshipping costs.
🪄 Pre-Orders / Limited Editions
If your order includes pre-order or limited edition products, they may have a longer fulfilment timeline (typically 25–30 working days). Such timelines will be mentioned clearly on the product page.
